Next Dream Event are deosebita plăcere de a vă invita în data de 7 Mai 2011 la prima ediţie The Festival Of Dreams, un festival dedicat muzicii ca poartă către un alt univers, un univers unic al evadării în frumos, în visare. Selecta sală a Centrului Cultural Reduta din Braşov va fi gazda dumneavoastră pe parcursul a 3 ore de muzică, asigurându-vă mediul cel mai plăcut pentru o audiţie perfectă a celor trei nume ce vor urca pe scenă.

Trupa ce va deschide seara, QUANTIQ, surprinde nu numai prin media vârstei componenţilor ei, dar mai ales prin abordarea stilistică. Mai mult spus, trupa se axează pe mai multe stiluri muzicale diferite, plecând de la un soft-rock melancolic şi deosebit de cald ce nu-ţi poate decât mângâia în cel mai plăcut mod simţurile auditive, până la un post-rock plin de note care te îndeamnă să porneşti într-o călătorie introspectivă şi totodată iniţiatică. În cazul celor de la QuantiQ putem vorbi şi despre influențe puternice venite din partea unor artişti consacrați, precum Pink Floyd, cât şi din direcția sus menţionatului post-rock, un gen muzical relativ nou, aflat într-o puternică ascensiune în Europa Centrală şi de Vest.

Al doilea invitat al serii, LAONLYNESS, nu este altceva decat un nou proiect al muzicianului Lao Kreegan (a.k.a. Leo), cunoscut pentru o multitudine de proiecte muzicale de tot felul, din care putem aminti Lao, Hteththemeth sau The Second Face. Proiectul Laonlyness este o surpriză totală, deoarece momentan nu se cunosc detalii despre concept sau genul muzical abordat, Leo lăsându-vă plăcerea să descoperiţi ce se află în spatele proiectului său doar în seara concertului. Având în vedere că artistul a oferit până în prezent doar spectacole memorabile, fie pline de umor, fie pline de o virtuozitate vocală deosebită, fie pline de elemente teatrale unice, reprezentaţia va fi garantat una care va impresiona.

Direct din inima Italiei şi pentru prima dată în România, ba chiar mai mult, pentru prima oară în estul Europei, formația care reuşeşte să îmbine perfect ideea de cabaret cu neofolk-ul, ONIRIC, va fi poate cel mai aşteptat moment al serii. Oniric va urca pe scenă în formula completă, membrii trupei fiind încântaţi de ideea de a oferi ascultătorilor o experienţă de vis pe acordurile muzicii lor. Ultimul album al trupei, "Cabaret Syndrome", lansat relativ recent, este un album excepţional prin multitudinea de stiluri muzicale ce-l alcătuiesc, dar mai ales prin atmosfera degajată. Din punct de vedere concertistic, spectacolul muzicienilor va fi pe măsura stilului ce îi defineşte, un stil ce înglobează misterul cabaretului autentic, frumusețea neofolk-ului, respectiv oniricul creației genialului Yann Tiersen, italienii reuşind să aducă publicul într-un hipnotic univers muzical.

Acestea fiind spuse, după ce am conturat ceea ce se va petrece pe scena Centrului Cultural Reduta în data de 7 Mai, nu ne rămâne decât să vă confirmăm că noi vă vom aştepta cu mult drag şi cu multe tookies (nişte prăjiturele speciale care vă vor uimi simţul gustativ). Accesul publicului în sală se va face începând cu ora 18, recitalul urmând să debuteze la ora 19.

Next Dream Event is delighted to invite you on the 7th of May 2011 at the first edition of The Festival of Dreams, a festival dedicated to music as a gateway to another universe, an immersion into a world of beauty and dreams. The splendid concert room of Reduta Cultural Centre will play host to almost 3 hours of music, creating the most pleasant atmosphere for the performance of the 3 artists in the line-up.

The band that will open the evening, QuantiQ, stands out not only through the average age of its members but also through its stylistic approach. In other words, the band fuses many different musical genres: from a melancholy and mellifluous soft-rock so vibrant to the ear, to a post-rock fraught with notes which incite you to set off on an inward journey of discovery. The band has also been strongly influenced by famous artists such as Pink Floyd, and also by post-rock, a lesser-known genre, that is currently gathering momentum in Central and Western Europe.

The second surprise of the evening, Laonlyness, is yet another project of the musician Lao Kreegan (a.k.a. Leo), renowned for his manifold musical projects among which we can mention Lao, Hteththemeth or The Second Face. Laonlyness project remains shrouded in mystery as no details about the concept or the musical genre adopted have been revealed. Therefore, Leo will let the audience discover his project in the evening of the concert. Well-known for his noteworthy shows, which abound in humour, distinctive theatrical elements and virtuoso performances, the musician’s concert will undoubtedly grip the audience once again.

Straight from the heart of Italy and for the first time in Romania (and moreover in Eastern Europe), the band that successfully blends cabaret with neofolk, Oniric, will definitely be one of the most awaited moments of the evening. All the members of the band will go on stage delighted to offer their audience an amazing experience on the rhythms of their music. Their recently released new album, entitled “Cabaret Syndrome”, is an exceptional work, vaunted for its wide range of musical styles and laid-back atmosphere. Regarding the concert, the show will be a testimony to their defining style that encompasses the mystery of authentic cabaret, the beauty of neofolk and the dreamlike atmosphere similar to the one created by the genius of Yann Tiersen, the Italians managing to draw people into a hypnotic musical universe.

All in all, after having provided an outline of the events taking place at Reduta Cultural Centre on the 7th of May 2011, we can only promise that we will be waiting for you with eagerness and tookies (special cookies that will definitely tickle your taste buds). People are allowed in starting with 6 pm, the show being scheduled to begin an hour later.
