FRONT, in cooperation with post-rock.ro, is delighted to present one of the best new post-rock bands: DEADHORSE . The opening act is FLUTURI PE ASFALT , a long awaited band to perform in Bucharest. Warm-up by 01100111 and more surprises on the way.
• DEADHORSE is a post-rock/instrumental band from Erie, PA. Forming in August of 2009, they are quickly becoming known as a hard-working and sincere new face in the touring underground. With national tours and independent album releases spreading like wildfire through relentless online promotion, the sounds of Deadhorse are reaching new audiences all around the globe each and every day. With a wide range of dynamic, control and power, Deadhorse not only creates an epic atmosphere for the listener to get sucked into, but also maintains a crucial intimate connection with subtle builds, graceful strings, and gentle classical-driven melodies. Deadhorse shows no signs of slowing down with the release of their first 7" as a follow up to their full length "We Can Create Out Own World", a European tour in 2012, and 2 music videos made by Australian filmmaker Matt Kleiner. They are showing that DIY is still very much alive.

• FLUTURI PE ASFALT - "Trupa a început să se formeze prin 2009 în Cluj, deşi ideea exista de ceva vreme. Primul nostru chitarist a găsit un tobar, tobarul a adus un basist. Pentru un timp s-au plimbat cam aceeaşi oameni pe la toate instrumentele, până am găsit o formulă care să ne placă. Închiriam săli de repetiții cu ora şi ne chinuiam să facem ceva – programul restrâns nu ne permitea prea multe, aşa că ne-am făcut sală de repetiţii proprie. De acolo proiectul a prins viteză. Primul concert l-am avut în 30 aprilie 2010, lângă Cluj. A fost o experienţă bună pentru noi, în aer liber şi cu public restrâns. Formula actuală îi include pe Flaviu (tobe), Andrei (bas), Gheo (chitară), Eugen (chitară/voce). Din trupă au mai facut parte Ördög şi Tomi - le mulţumim şi pe această cale pentru contribuţia adusă!"
