Taking place on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 May across 15 venues including basement clubs, art galleries, forgotten school halls, hidden banqueting suites and secluded gardens in and around the Kingsland Road strip, intrepid music fans are armed with a wristband and map to roam the area seeking out big names and undiscovered gems alike amongst the film screenings and art exhibitions that also make up the festival’s offering.
The huge musical line-up is formidable to say the least, but our picks undoubtedly include Factory Floor, 100% Silk songstress Maria Minerva, a host of Eglo stars including Alexander Nut, Funkineven and the Eglo live band, as well as the bona fide legends that are Trevor Jackson and Maurice Fulton.
