This is the first and hopefully annual, Rock and Metal Festival, held close to the village of Lesmahagow, in Lanarkshire. We hope that this event will act as a showcase for the many up and coming Rock and Metal bands in the area. This combined with a few hand picked rising bands from the UK Rock, Prog and Metal scene, should make for a fun, friendly, rocking weekend. The large modern venue is 5 minutes from junctions 7 or 8 off the M74 motorway. 25 minutes from Glasgow, 45 minutes from Edinburgh 70 minutes from Carlisle. Some accommodation available locally, including lodges or bring your own tent, caravan or motor home. 2 Stages, 3 bars, 3 restaurants and hundreds of people.
