I've been little bit confused when I arrived here today ;-).

I wanted to play my playlist and figured out that I can't because I am not subscriber. Well, if I can't have even one playlist, library will become handy...

The player on page doesn't seem to work as expected, play and skip buttons are simple unclickable.

I'm also missing in-page preview, when I click on a small play button it starts to load new page and then start music. Why it can't start play immediatelly like old buttons?
It is pretty uncomfortable when I'm cleaning my library, click on play button to figure out what is hell this song and then I need to go back to my library and find right page, click again on artist (I mean that small number under photo) and then I can delete song and go again through this hell with next song...

At the other side, there are some really good improvements like mentioned library or some little but useful things like small gear button, better recommanditions...

Website still need some work, but then it'll be really useful!

Why do I need 30 second previews of songs I already own? If it actually let me play music I might use it. Currently the flash player serves no function that I can see.

And don't worry about all that open white space, I'm sure they have plans to fill it with intrusive ads.

What's going on wit the music player??? I doesen't work! I can not stop it and i can not skip the song!!!!

actually, UK users can already 'enjoy' seeing the white space being filled with advertisments ...

much to dislike.

i find the new layout to be unattractive, too spread out, much less intuitive, and i also echo the "myspace"-esque comments. love love LOVEd the old layout and the one before that, but this new one is not really hitting those high notes for me, sadly. :(

maybe i'll adjust, maybe i won't. i'll still keep scrobbling, definitely, but i can't really see myself enjoying the site as much as i used to.

...mainly because everything was clumped in logical locations. All of your profile info was in one box, all of the recently played trackes weren't spread out and taking up the whole page... I'd love it if you could see all 15 recently played tracks above the fold instead of needing to scroll down...

It'll take some getting used to.

30 second songs in playlist?

I have a songlist with 150 tunes in it and it works OK.
I started a new songlist with 50 full length tunes in it but it only plays 30 second snippets. It has more than 15 different artists.
If I am missing something?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

i don't us lastfm to see what we have been doing...i know what i've been listening to, i don't need stupidly large images of the bands smack dab in the middle nor do i want recommendations from 'lastfm' about what to listen to taking up so much real estate...this isn't amazon, as much as cbs will want it to be. the data lasfm get from all of us is valuable and i really get annoyed when companies make these stupid changes and just expect us to get used to it... especially ones that set themselves up to be different.

the feature i most used...seeing what other friends were listening to has been given less focus that the shoutbox, (which by the way looks shit now)...it really does look like facebook which is not a complement.

Instead of (or in addition to) the choice of red or black i propose:

Paint it, Lite (the current site...light and nonthreatening and lots of space)

Paint it, Dense (new site with denser information layout and more sophisticated architecture, for the power users)

Need to bring back indication of rank change in the weekly charts, and also bring back the little icons that used to show up as well. A plain text weekly bar chart is just kind of boring without the little details

Also, does anybody know how to get the RSS feed for your recently listened tracks

I like new last.fm style. I like it's look, but I can't say anything about functionality.

How can I stop it? Why button PLAY don't turn to state PAUSE?

ACTUALLY A BUG

Few seconds ago I posted a post where I say that I can't saw my earlier post. After I post it I saw my previous post.
Now I'm typing about it AND I CAN'T SAW MY POSTS!!!
I saw it before I clicked on REPLY. After REPLY they disappear.

User's are not the testers. Hire more testers ;-)

Is this a feature?

I cant skip tracks in radio. I have the latest flash plugin, I tried in Firefox and Explorer, but it does not seem to work, so I am starting to think that this is a feature...
Is there anybody who can skip tracks?

The new layout is awful!!! It's too chaotic and to see some of my fave options I have to click and scroll like mad. With the previous one everything was touched properly and I could see everything I was interested in straight ahead. Now...Why I can see only top 10 of the artists on the page and to see the others I have to click ans scroll...I liked the old comments' (shouts) place better.

PLEASE, LET US CHOOSE BETWEEN THE OLD AND THE NEW LAYOUT!!!!!
