I believe the speed increases for members. Nothing wrong with it. It's pretty obvious that members would find themselves hanging around more, no?

I am a subscriber, The speed is ok. WHenever I log out, I find the site soooooooooo sloooooow, like taking a minute to load a forum page or whatever. Apparently it's because it's loading some statistics tool.
DOes it mean that speed is increased for subs? i dont know.

One of the subscriber benefits is "Red Carpet" treatment which is supposed to provide first priority access to the web servers. Supposedly only at "peak traffic" times.

Yes I knew that but the difference is much more noticeable than it used to be, for me. And it's just all the time, it seems. And the speed seems to be limited by this stat counter they used

First time to last.fm. What a confusing, horrible interface

Words cannot describe how unintuitive this interface is. It is time to start from scratch. I want my $3.00 back!!

the site is so huge that complexity is unavoidable, but new users are given lots of hints and help in the beginner from the dashboard. it is confusing for everyone, it just takes some time to get used to. give it time, and you will love it.
/and by the way, how are your 3$ related to the interface? with subscription you get extra radio features... :p)
