Come see the Delta Bones play at Native Tongue, Farringdon, London on Friday 18th March -The Delta Bones are a raw, old-style blues act in the Chess records/Bukka White mould, forged by the busking streets, fried up on the skillet-stage and served up hot for the delectation of the blues-loving audience.   i got a harmonica in college in late 1960's but had no idea really how to play it. in 2008 saw Adam Gussow's youtube videos and got inspired to try again. got a Special 20 and watched and played along with Adam's vids. now in 2010 have gotten bends to some degree, tongue blocking octaves, and some basic licks. trying to play along with adam, charlie, carey, sugar, and recently muddy. getting a feel for it. but really need to work in woodshed for increasing speed at least to 16th notes. oh yeah "puka" means hole in hawaiian...i live in hawaii. aloha
