  Berserk? Classic dragons, swords and sorcery? I think Miura has proved us thousand times already what a genius he is. He wouldn't downgrade his precious child like that.

  Personally, I am not sure I like where series is going currently. I have a vague feeling it is going to turn in some classic dragons, swords & sorcery stuff rather than dark fantasy/horror/medieval gorefest it used to be...but then again, Berserk is already a bit different compared to, say, volumes 7-15. And it is probably just my bad feeling. Let us wait and see...

  Hope everyone is having a blast this holiday season. With the 2008 just around the corner, it certainly is looking like a good year for more manga goodness. :) We've wrapped up NHK in 07, we are shooting for getting B.Reaction! finished up by 2nd quarter of 08. Something special is also in the works, so stay tuned. ;)

  Thanks to everyone at Evil-Genius for the Berserk scanlations. I read the translations by the Band Of The Hawks for the first 30 volumes, but they seemed a little uneven at times. I prefer Evil-Genius now because the translations always seem to be on the spot. Anywho I'm ritualisticly listening to Something To Write Home About by The Get Up Kids while reading Berserk. Fits the mood quite well.
