I think you can enjoy polish band Tides From Nebula for example

Very Good stuff also have Maybeshewill and I Hear Sirens

And I want to recommend very good experimental, progressive rock band called Clann Zú. They have great album "Black Coats & Bandages ". They aren't instrumental band, but their music is amazing.

Just had a listen to Tides From Nebula :D really liked it, getting their album Aura to check out their other stuff :) thanks
