  I hope this group isn't completely inactive; I just joined last.fm and mysterious, dark, melancholic and depressing music is what I love most. I'm going to have a lot to discuss with anyone else interested in this. =)

  Well its not a group for people who solely listen to depressing or melancholy music but those that like it and listen to it. Radiohead imo have a few songs that could induce suicide, whether thats because they are depressing or boring lies with the listener ;p
