sad for 2 years already. Can't stop thinking of the failure.

Well, I have a chance to be getting two house at low price at 300,000 each. I sign a document and back out last minute and pay some processing fees.

Now the price increase to 600,000 each. I feel dead inside. No longer have will to succeed in my life. I can't even do my work properly.

May I know why I feel such a failure? Its been 2 years and I'm still sad...
