Rob Rock's lyrics suck. Sorry. I only listen to Graham Bonnet albums as a result. Not that Graham's lyrics are cheese-free either but they don't make me want to stop listening to metal altogether. I think the two main things that separate this band from relative success (by metal standards) are the instability of the line-up and the Christian tag that Rob Rock brings with him...even though he's mostly singing about warriors, blood and cheesy things like that with Impellitteri.

Wow for the first time in a decade, we have an Impellitteri album that doesn't suck. And for the first time in a decade, we have an Impellitteri album with Rob Rock. Coincidence? Me thinks not. Way to go Chris and Rob, you two are much better together than apart!

Yeah, me neither. :X That's a lot to say. Impellitteri's really caught my attention in the last few weeks when I've listened to their older albums. The new one... Chris said a lot about it, and I need to hear it. :)

"The goal of this record was to make a historic album that will rival 'Van Halen 1', OZZY's 'Blizzard of Oz', PANTERA's 'Cowboys from Hell', YNGWIE's 'Rising Force', METALLICA's 'Master of Puppets', and even new artists like CHILDREN OF BODOM and AVENGED SEVENFOLD." A bit of a bold statement from chris Impellitteri about the new album... Its got me interested though D:
