Биография
Practical Senses is a synth / new wave band from Ukraine, formed in the very late of 2008.
Their sound is based on post-punk, a blend of original synthesizer lines and melancholic vocals. Band style is greatly influenced by 80’s cold wave and new wave music.
The band’s members have included Alex Mylnikov and Yuriy Baygush. Another new member bass-guitarist Dmitry Zemnitsky (formed band “Soundform”), joined in late 2010.
Practical Senses are currently completing their full-length studio album. The first release was a special EP named “Nuts and Bolts” that is still available in both mp3 and Audio CD versions.
Their songs from the upcoming album, came to life through the co-operation with different vocalists such as Vlad Shanin (doom-metal band “Mournful Gust”), Rojas Gaman (“Royalcat”) and others.
The band had fine live performances in the 2011 and after months of hard work through the 'offseason', and with much to look forward to in 2012, it was great to finally get back in the gigging circle.
Besides that, a special collectors and fans limited edition LP recording announced, the whole available on vinyl…
