I was halfway through my review of the Thrice / Say Anything show last Saturday when I lost my train of thought and have been unable to get it back. Now I'm getting all critical and hate everything that I've written about it so far, so I guess that review is never going to see the light of the Internets.

I do always forget how good Thrice is live, though. I wasn't looking forward to seeing them, and I was mostly there to see Say Anything, yet the moment they took the stage I remembered just how much I like…

I was really considering skipping this show. I absolutely loathe the venue (Arrow Hall is basically an airplane hangar. I don't understand why they have shows there); I originally had a group of five people going to the show with me but everybody ended up bailing so I would've had to go by myself; and I had a driving test the next morning that I had to be up at 4:45am for, and my mom's policy is that she'll pay for my first try, but if I fail it I'd have to retake…

This is my ongoing project to discover new music. I pick four artists, download around 10 songs from each, and listen to them until I form some kind of an opinion on whether I like them or not. The artists are chosen by either what's recommended to me or just artists I've heard a lot about.
