One of my great discoveries on last.fm was Bam-Bam by Sister Nancy and Ring the alarm by Tenor Saw and that both these tracks use the Stalag riddim. In fact, as I found out on ReggaeID, this riddim might be the riddim for dancehall/reggae artists as it boasts around 200 covers. Furthermore, there is the album Stalag 2000 with 17 tracks, all using the same riddim. This might be an insider joke as the riddim is also referred to as Stalag 17, who knows…
Now, I've tagged about 40 tracks as stalag riddim to create a playable station, and so far the most I got out of it was more than 2 hours! Then came the "no more content" message. If you like this riddim, why not look up and tag a few more tracks as stalag riddim?
