Ty Segall gig was awesome! It was the first time I'd seen him live and it did not disappoint, one of those special, small, packed club gigs...complete with sweat dripping off the ceiling :) Enjoy!

I'm sure you will! I saw Rolling Blackouts CF recently, an equally great gig too.

Oh Gawd, was just about to reply to your message and instead of clicking on your name I hit remove by mistake- So it's just bloody gone, what a pain : ( The white is awful way too much for me. No visitor info- I've been a tad under the weather so I've not been doing much. Slowly building my ramp (with help) as it's what makes me happy for now. Living in the moment.

Hello! :) yes, I am excited! Need to get my tickets actually, haha. I meant to catch Ride at Primavera Sound but they clashed with another band I really wanted to see, so I'm glad they're playing Brum!

Thanks for accepting, really great charts. Ah yeah I'll have to miss that show unfortunately =(. Oh well, always more to look forward to. Looks like you go to a lot, giving me some serious concert envy over here. How was Modest Mouse?

Hiya. Yeah, totally loved Primavera! It's an awesome festival, great place to be. Shame about Ride - I didn't make it to see them in the end as they clashed with Run The Jewels and I wanted to see Run the Jewels. 2 of the friends I went with saw Ride and said they were ok but that they didn't even play Twisterella so glad my choice was RTJ. Shame about BSP but yeah. loads of gigs come up in Manchester and Brum.

I didn't manage to watch the doc before I went to see SFA but I was still proper giddy enough I reckon! They were every bit as awesome as I hoped they'd be. Shall definitely watch it this weekend though as a reminder! Not totally sold on Bestival yet but reckon I could fit a third festival in this year :) Primavera for a start isn't bad though, not long to go to that now. Let me know what you reckon to Ride when you see them!

Yo yo. Yeah, I'm looking forward to Primavera a whole lot, I've never been either but it's an awesome line-up and it's in Barcelona so can't really go far wrong, surely! Off to Indietracks too and then looking at Bestival then reckon that'll be all the festivals I can manage this year. Have you though anymore about Greenman? I'm proper looking forward to SFA this week, saw they were supporting Charlatans at Castlefield Bowl - great ticket but I'll have seen them both at the Albert Hall which is a great venue so don't feel like I need to see them at Castlefield, not convinced it'd be a great venue either. Ah well enjoy Ride - I'm hoping to catch them at Primavera, providing they don't clash horridly with anyone else I feel I need to see more!

Just read your other message. The Police, omg I love them especially their first album. hahaha twotone saved my life along with punk. I'm a huge Specials and Beat fan. I still go to The Beat gigs when I get a chance. I love my turntable, I've got vinyl that I just couldn't play because it was never released on CD. I even scrobble it using vinyl scrobbler on my phone!

Oh yes... the word I would use would be exhilarating : ) He played so many songs. The PA was a bit naff at some points in the gig. He was on top form and seemed to be enjoying himself. I loved it and was the best gig I've been to in a long time. He even winked and stuck out his tongue at me as we were singing along together. I was hoarse from all the singing. Great night hahaha can you tell?

Hi, Steve(n). Thanks for the 'shout'. **I like your 'About Me' section and I try to decipher what it says about you. ;)

Ooh, I'm gonna have to go Polar Bear, Chewing Gum Weekend and Forever I reckon. Although thinking about that has set me off on a Charlatans listening bender again. No bad thing. I've not seen anywhere else they're playing that tempts me so far but if they play Manchester or Nottingham again any time soon, I'm there. Green Man was already looking awesome, SFA are close to tipping it for me too! I'm not a fan of camping in cold (pretty sure it's going to be cold and possibly raining too) but I am seriously seriously tempted! You heading to any other festivals this year?

Hi! Glad to hear they were still on top form in Wolvo :) Defo can't complain about the amount of tunes they packed in! I've started to prefer gigs with a few bands playing shorter sets or just shorter sets these days to be honest but didn't even notice 2 hours going at Charlatans, could have watched them easily for two more! Yeah, there were a couple I would have happily swapped for Jesus Hairdo or Patrol (or owt from Up To Our Hips) but we got Just Lookin' and Just When You're Thinking Things Over and Forever so I was proper pleased with that.

New SFA and a bigger would be ace - fingers crossed, I'd love to see them at Rock City again, many a fond memory of SFA gigs there. Yeah, definitely give me a holler if you end up going to see BSP, be good to say hi. I saw them in January doing Sea of Brass, that was pretty special - feels a tiny bit indulgent going to see them again so soon but it's a completely different gig and they're always great live.

Yeah, it is sad to see them without Jon but a nice treat to see them on form this year. It's great that they're still touring and putting out new stuff despite all the loss they've had. That new album is great and hearing the old stuff live is still incredible - you can see they're enjoying playing live. 30 times is impressive - reckon they're my most seen band I can't be far off that! I went to see them 3 times on the same tour in '99 but that was the height of my obsession. I've been to see them whenever I can since - the Tellin' Stories anniversary gig at The Apollo was pretty special. Friday'll be a great gig for sure. I'm looking forward to seeing SFA for the first time in too many years in May too - seen Gruff a few times and he's ace but SFA, too exciting!

Hi - thanks! The Charlatans were great, I've seen them many times over the years and they're still always one of my favourite bands to see live - it was a great set and atmosphere. I notice you're off to see them next week, little bit jealous even though I just saw them - enjoy!

Hey! thanks for the add. Great music taste! I have a radio show in case you want to have a listen. Music is in English (we make it in London), but it's in Spanish, but don't talk much, so you can skip the talking bit ;)
