This makes my heart ache and flutter… the emotion in his gravelly voice is crazy and the melody sublime. One of the greatest songs ever written. No disrespect to Dylan and all, but Waits pwns him. And his singing (although acquired taste) actually sounds like singing, not sing-talking.
